Terms & Conditions
By booking a cleaning service with Scrubbing Bubbles Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Scheduling
All cleaning appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service details, property information, and access instructions when making a booking.
Once an appointment is confirmed, the scheduled time is reserved specifically for the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each customer, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment.
Cancellations Made 24+ Hours Before the Appointment
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment without a cancellation fee when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment
If a customer cancels or reschedules a standard cleaning appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The $50 fee may be charged to the payment method provided during booking.
3. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Cancellation Policy
Move-In and Move-Out cleaning appointments require additional scheduling and preparation. Because of this, a separate cancellation policy applies.
If a Move-In or Move-Out cleaning appointment is cancelled, the customer may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
This 50% cancellation charge applies regardless of whether the cancellation occurs more or less than 24 hours before the appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon by Scrubbing Bubbles Cleaning.
4. Rescheduling
Customers who need to change their appointment are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a standard cleaning appointment may be subject to the $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Move-In and Move-Out appointments may be subject to the 50% cancellation fee described above.
5. No-Show Policy
If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the property or perform the service because the customer is unavailable or access has not been provided, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation/no-show.
Applicable cancellation charges may apply.
6. Service Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team can safely and reasonably access the property at the scheduled appointment time.
Customers should provide any necessary keys, access codes, parking instructions, or other information required to enter the property.
7. Payment
Payment is due according to the payment terms presented during booking. Customers authorize Scrubbing Bubbles Cleaning to charge applicable service fees and cancellation charges to the payment method provided, where applicable.
8. Service Changes
If the scope of cleaning requested is significantly different from the information provided during booking, additional charges may apply. Any significant changes to the service should be discussed with Scrubbing Bubbles Cleaning before work begins.
9. Right to Refuse or Modify Service
Scrubbing Bubbles Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or modify a service when conditions at the property present safety concerns, excessive hazards, conditions outside the agreed scope of work, or other circumstances that prevent the team from safely completing the service.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for communicating any special instructions, areas requiring additional attention, pets, access requirements, or other conditions that may affect the cleaning service before the appointment.
11. Agreement to These Terms
By booking an appointment with Scrubbing Bubbles Cleaning, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the applicable cancellation policies.
Scrubbing Bubbles Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version published on our website will apply to future bookings.
